A package sale is a sale of land with improvements, such as a house or commercial building. Sales of condominium units are classified as package sales.
A land sale is a sale of an unimproved lot or tract.
View 2018-2019 Sales are sales in the two-year period leading up to January 1, 2020. All properties in Wake County are appraised at 100% of market value as of this date, and these sales are the best indication of the value at that time. To see sales outside of this date range, click the link labeled “View All Sales.”
View Neighboring Properties will show you the appraised values of all properties in the same neighborhood, regardless of when or whether they have sold.
Comparable Property Report will create a PDF file of the data for the subject property and any rows you have selected (up to 11), along with the building sketch and a photo for each if applicable. This report can be kept for your own reference or included with an appeal.
