All properties in Wake County are appraised at 100% of market value as of this date, and these sales are the best indication of the value at that time. Comparable Property Report will create a PDF file of the data for the subject property and any rows you have selected (up to 11), along with the building sketch and a photo for each if applicable. This report can be kept for your own reference or included with an appeal.
