The Consolidated Real Property Index (CRPI) allows a user to specify whether a Grantor or Grantee is an "Individual/Human" or "Firm/Non-Human". The default setting is to search for "Both".
This is especially useful when searching for Restrictive Covenants. This will exclude human names that are similar or identical to subdivision names.
